Your agreement to use Rs Office

By accessing or using Rs Office, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1.1 Official Domain & Identity

The sole official domain of Rs Office is rsoffice.netlify.app. Any website, app, or platform impersonating Rs Office without authorization is fraudulent. Rs Office is not responsible for actions taken on counterfeit platforms. Users are urged to always verify the official URL before logging in or making payments.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to Rs Office and its suite of tools, including but not limited to finance calculators, productivity apps, media tools, and the RS Coin wallet system, constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscribers, and administrators.

1.3 User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use Rs Office services.
  • Users under 18 must have guardian consent for financial features.
  • One account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be suspended.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful registration information.

1.4 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your sole responsibility. You agree not to use our platform for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes. Unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, or reverse engineering of Rs Office systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Do not share your login credentials with third parties.
  • Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.
  • Do not abuse platform features or attempt to exploit promotional systems.
  • Respect other users and do not engage in harassment or harmful conduct.

1.5 Platform Rights & Modifications

Rs Office reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any feature, account, service, or promotional program at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We are not obligated to compensate users for any feature changes or service interruptions.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All content on Rs Office — including text, design, logos, app names, and code — is the intellectual property of Rs Office. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any Rs Office content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Rs Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Rs Office shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. By using this platform you submit to that jurisdiction.

How we collect, use and protect your data

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.

2.1 Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Email address, display name, and account creation date when you register.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device model.
  • Transaction Data: Payment records, RS Coin balance history, and subscription status (not full card details).
  • Communication Data: Messages sent to support, feedback submissions, and survey responses.

2.2 How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used strictly to operate and improve Rs Office. Specific uses include:

  • Authenticating your identity and securing your account.
  • Processing payments and managing your RS Coin wallet.
  • Personalizing your experience and remembering your preferences.
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
  • Analyzing platform usage to improve features and fix bugs.
  • Sending transactional emails (e.g., payment confirmations, policy updates).

2.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited data sharing occurs only in the following cases:

  • Payment processors: Razorpay receives transaction data necessary to process payments securely.
  • Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be shared with analytics providers.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

2.4 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. Certain records (transaction logs) may be retained for legal compliance for up to 7 years.

2.5 Your Rights

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to opt out of non-essential communications.
  • Right to data portability where technically feasible.

2.6 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Firebase Authentication, secure database rules, and regular security audits. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are encouraged to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.

2.7 Third-Party Links

Rs Office may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external platforms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.

2.8 Children's Privacy

Rs Office does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove that information.

3.1 Program Nature

The Feedback Reward Program is a voluntary promotional engagement activity operated exclusively by Rs Office. It is not a lottery, gambling service, investment scheme, or financial instrument. No purchase is required to participate. Only a valid login and completed feedback submission is necessary to qualify.

3.2 Eligibility Requirements

  • Must have a valid, verified Rs Office account.
  • Must complete the required feedback form or qualifying action.
  • One reward claim per user per qualifying event, unless otherwise stated.
  • Accounts created solely to exploit rewards may be disqualified and banned.
  • Users must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to participate.

3.3 Reward Structure

After admin verification, eligible users may receive a scratch card in the Rewards section of their account. The scratch card reveals either RS Coins or UPI cashback. Rewards are determined by the admin panel and may vary per campaign.

  • Rewards appear in the Rewards section of the user dashboard.
  • Users access a digital scratch card to reveal their reward.
  • RS Coins are credited instantly upon scratch completion and admin approval.
  • UPI cashback is subject to verification and may take 24–48 hours.

3.4 Not Guaranteed

Submission of feedback does not guarantee reward issuance. Rs Office reserves the right to validate all submissions before crediting any rewards. Fraudulent or low-quality submissions will be rejected without notice.

3.5 RS Virtual Currency Disclaimer

Important Notice: RS Coin is virtual credit only. It has no monetary value outside the Rs Office platform and cannot be converted to real currency, transferred to bank accounts, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
  • RS Coin is non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts.
  • RS Coin balances may be modified, expired, or revoked at platform discretion.
  • RS Coin can only be used within the Rs Office ecosystem for eligible services.
  • Unused RS Coin does not accrue interest or carry any monetary obligation.

3.6 Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to exploit the reward program through duplicate accounts, automated tools, false feedback, or manipulation of any kind will result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, and forfeiture of all earned rewards. Rs Office reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraud.

3.7 Program Modification

Rs Office reserves the full right to modify, pause, or permanently discontinue the Feedback Reward Program at any time without prior notice or liability to users. Changes to reward values, eligibility criteria, or program structure are at the sole discretion of Rs Office.

4.1 Payment Processing

All financial transactions on Rs Office are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Rs Office does not store, process, or have access to your full card or banking details. All payment data is encrypted and handled directly by Razorpay under their security infrastructure.

4.2 RS Coin Deposits

When you purchase RS Coins, your payment is processed via Razorpay and coins are credited to your wallet upon successful payment confirmation. In the event of payment failure, no coins will be credited. If your account is debited but coins are not credited, contact support within 72 hours.

4.3 Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once processed. Refunds will only be considered in the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions where your account was charged more than once for the same order.
  • Technical errors on our end that prevented service delivery after payment.
  • Payments charged but where coins were never credited within 48 hours.

Refund requests must be submitted to rsoffice.web@gmail.com within 72 hours of the transaction with proof of payment. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, unused coins, or dissatisfaction with virtual goods. All RS Coin sales are final once credited to your wallet.

4.4 Subscription Terms

Pro subscriptions on Rs Office are activated as one-time purchases. Once activated, subscriptions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Subscription benefits are tied to the purchasing account and cannot be shared.

4.5 Gift Card Purchases

RS Coin gift cards purchased on the platform are non-refundable after issuance. Gift cards are subject to the same RS Coin terms as wallet credits. Expired or unused gift cards are not eligible for refund or extension.

4.6 Disputed Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, contact us immediately at rsoffice.web@gmail.com. We will cooperate with relevant financial institutions to investigate. Do not initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, as chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5.1 What Are Cookies

5.2 Types of Storage We Use

  • Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and core platform functionality. Cannot be disabled.
  • Preference storage: Saves your display settings, theme preferences, and language choices.
  • Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data to understand how features are used. No personal identification.
  • Firebase tokens: Stored in localStorage for secure session persistence.

5.3 Managing Cookies

You can clear cookies and localStorage data at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing essential cookies will log you out of your account and reset preferences. Disabling all cookies may limit platform functionality.

5.4 Third-Party Cookies

Third-party services embedded in Rs Office (such as Firebase, Google Fonts, and Razorpay) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. Rs Office does not control third-party cookie behavior.
