What apps do I get with Pro? +
Pro unlocks all 16+ RS Office apps including Billing, Accounting, Document Scanner, PDF Tools, RS Sheets, Task Tracker, Video Player, RS Coin Wallet, Rewards, and every new app we release. Free users only get access to basic tools like Calculator, Image Resize, QR Generator, Notes, and Chess.
Is Pro a one-time payment or a subscription? +
Pro is a one-time payment — pay once, use forever. There are no monthly or yearly renewal fees. You get lifetime access to all current and future apps on RS Office as long as your account is active.
Can I try before I buy? +
Yes! The Free plan gives you full access to 6+ core apps with no credit card required. You can explore RS Office at no cost and upgrade to Pro whenever you're ready to unlock the full suite.
What payment methods are accepted? +
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. You can also redeem RS Coins from your wallet to pay for or discount your Pro upgrade.
Is there a refund policy? +
No refunds. All payments are strictly non-refundable. The only exception is a verified technical error — for example, if you were charged but access was never granted due to a system failure. In that case, contact rsoffice.web@gmail.com with your transaction ID within 24 hours.
